Ten-Year Limited Warranty
(Effective August 1, 2025)
RedKing Energy, a Florida, USA corporation (“RedKing”), warrants each RedKing-branded battery (each, a “Battery”) sold by RedKing or any of its authorized distributors or dealers to be free from manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of sale, as determined by the buyer’s sales receipt (the “Warranty Period”), to the extent provided below (the “Limited Warranty”).
Non-Transferable
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Please contact your place of purchase for any warranty claims and submit your claim.
Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover any Battery subjected to:
- Damage from being unsecured or insufficiently secured
- Improper installation, use, maintenance, or service
- Loose terminal connections
- Batteries connected in series
- More than three (3) batteries connected in parallel
- Reverse polarity connections
- Storage outside of conditions specified in the Owner’s Manual, including extreme ambient temperatures above 140°F or below -40°F, fire, water submersion or pressure washing, and/or storing in a completely discharged state
- Short circuits caused by accidental, intentional, or inadvertent connection of positive and negative terminals
- Damage from impact, accident, collision, or drop
- Overcharging or undercharging outside of the Owner’s Manual guidelines
- Use with third-party products that fail
- High resistance from corroded terminals, poor crimps, or insufficient cable size
- Failures due to faulty electrical systems
- Batteries that have been opened, modified, or tampered with
- Use for purposes other than intended, including repeated engine starting or exceeding the continuous discharge rating
- Failure to charge for over one year
- Commercial applications cycled beyond 80% depth of discharge repeatedly within 24 hours
Warranty Coverage Basis - Registration Required
To receive full warranty coverage, the buyer must register their Battery at redkingenergy.com/battery-registration/ within sixty (60) days of purchase.
Registered Batteries:
- Free replacement or repair (at RedKing’s discretion) of defective battery within 10 years of purchase date.
Unregistered Batteries:
Coverage is limited to one (1) year from the purchase date.
During the free replacement term, RedKing will provide packaging for return shipping and arrange freight, requiring a $300 pre-paid shipping and handling fee from the buyer. Replacement batteries may be Certified Refurbished units of similar age, cycle count, and condition. Original purchase date remains in effect for all replacements.
RedKing covers return shipping within the USA. International buyers are responsible for any shipping cost exceeding $300.
Warranty Disclaimer
This Limited Warranty is in place of all other express warranties. RedKing disclaims and excludes all other warranties, including statutory, express, or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, limiting all implied warranties to the Warranty Period.
RedKing’s exclusive liability is as described above. RedKing is not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to removal, shipping, installation, property damage, lost time, inconvenience, loss of use, lost wages, towing, or lost profits.
Some states or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Non-Warranty Repairs
If outside the Warranty Period or for non-covered damage, RedKing may offer repair for a fee, with an estimate provided in advance.
Submitting a Warranty Claim
To process your claim as efficiently as possible, please have the following ready:
- Your product’s serial number
- Have previously registered your battery
- Brief description of the issue
- Have your dealer information
- Photos of the battery or accessory
